Hi everyone, I'm Giorgio, and today I want to share with you my fascinating journey into the world of jewellery, a journey that began in the early 80s when I began my career as an apprentice goldsmith at Manfredi Gioielli.
The first years were a formidable experience, during which I learned the ancient arts of working with precious metals. I was fortunate to be guided by master craftsmen who shared with me their vast experience in creating unique works of art. It was the fundamental starting point that shaped my passion for jewelry .
As the years passed, I felt the desire to deepen my knowledge and decided to immerse myself in the world of fine jewelry. I spent around two decades dedicating myself to this sector with passion and dedication, working on extraordinary pieces and collaborating with prestigious brands. A significant step in this journey was my commitment to studying at the IGI (Italian Gemological Institute) , where I acquired gemology skills which further enriched my skills.
Studying at IGI was an exciting chapter in my journey, as I was able to deepen my understanding of gemstones and learn advanced appraisal techniques. This wealth of knowledge has allowed me to face increasingly stimulating challenges in the world of high-quality jewellery.
Today, looking back on those years, I can proudly say that my journey into jewelry was an extraordinary experience . Each phase, from the first steps as an apprentice to specializing in gemology, has contributed to shaping my professional identity. I remain passionate about creating unique jewelry and continue to be inspired by the intrinsic beauty of stones.
