Today I want to share with you my love for using copper and silver in creating my jewelry.
Copper caught my attention for its versatility and authenticity. In my quest for sustainability, I have chosen to use mainly recycled copper, practicing upcycling . A significant portion of my pieces, for example, are created using unused copper from the Church of Lavertezzo , in the picturesque setting of Ticino, Switzerland. This approach not only reduces the environmental impact, but also adds a unique value to my creations, linking each jewel to local stories and traditions.
Silver , with its timeless elegance , is an ideal companion for copper in my creations. Renowned brands such as Tiffany & Co. and Georg Jensen have demonstrated how this noble metal can be transformed into timeless works of art, adapting to classic and modern designs.
The choice to work with copper and silver is not only an artistic question, but reflects my commitment to sustainability and creating jewelery that carries with it a special meaning. I hope that, through my creations, you can perceive the passion and attention I dedicate to each piece .
